The Auris is a fully balanced preamplifier and headphone amplifier capable of delivering high-quality audio performance and a variety of usage combinations.
It features balanced analog inputs on XLR connectors and unbalanced analog inputs on RCA connectors, used as a preamplifier for connecting sources such as streaming devices, CD transports, tape-outs, turntables, and tuners.
The analog outputs include unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR, allowing for integration with amplifiers or active speakers. This makes it easy and flexible to integrate into any audio system.
There are also three headphone outputs of different formats.
You’ll find a 6.35 mm unbalanced output, a 4.4 mm balanced output, and a balanced XLR output. This way, any headphones can be connected to the original connector.
The available power and the three types of headphone outputs cover every need. Therefore, no adapters or compromises in connection are necessary. The amplifier section combines four OPA1656 operational amplifiers and a TPA6120A2 high-current driver.
In the standard configuration, power is provided by a 12 VDC switching power supply. A separate linear power supply is available as an option, providing +/-18 VDC, which significantly improves the musical performance. The external power supply must be connected to the “External P.S.” socket on the rear panel.

E’ dotato di ingresso analogico bilanciato su connettori XLR e sbilanciato su connettori RCA, utilizzato come preamplificatore collegandovi sorgenti come unità di Streaming, CD Transport, Tape-out, Giradischi e Tuner.
Le uscite analogiche includono RCA sbilanciate e XLR bilanciate che ne consentono l’integrazione con amplificatori o diffusori attivi. Ciò ne facilita e amplia l’inserimento in qualsiasi sistema audio.
Sono inoltre presenti tre uscite per cuffie di diverso formato.
Troverete un’uscita sbilanciata da 6,35 mm, un’uscita bilanciata da 4,4 mm e un’uscita bilanciata XLR. In questo modo, qualsiasi cuffia può essere collegata al connettore originale.
La potenza disponibile e le tre tipologie di uscite per cuffie coprono ogni esigenza. Pertanto, non sono necessari adattatori né compromessi nella connessione.
La sezione di amplificazione combina quattro amplificatori operazionale OPA1656 e un driver ad alta corrente TPA6120A2.
